Hangar 21 Golf Course Realignment
The project requires the services of a company with specialized golf course construction experience and expertise. Involved will be the construction of new tees, the grading out of some existing tees, and other misc. golf course grading; creation of new sections of (Bermuda grass) fairways; various alterations to the existing irrigation system, as well as the installation of new lines, heads, wiring, etc.; the installations of new sections of asphalt golf cart paths, and the removal of other specified sections; the removal of several trees, and the planting of several new ones; the seeding and sodding of various features and areas: and other miscellaneous, related tasks.
