Contractor is to include all necessary material, equipment, transportation, personnel, supervisor, and out
of pocket expenses required to provide services in accordance with the solicitation.

FAR 52.237-1 -- Site Visit (Apr 1984); Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Inspection of the buildings prior to submitting quotation is recommended. The physical address for the buildings is 51 Mill Pond Road, Hamden, CT and 119 1/2 Ford Street, Ansonia, CT. Located in New Haven County.


OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED TO SAM (https://www.sam.gov) IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.204-7 AND RESPOND TO ALL INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED IN SECTION L. OFFERORS WHO FAIL TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.

Quoter must respond to the other factors as described under FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items (Jan 1999). Award will be made on the best value for the Government. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option. It's the Governments' intent to make one contract award.
Offers shall be submitted for the total item. Offers for less than the total item will not be considered. All items are subject to Contractor Quality Control.


The contract awardee must register at the electronic Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) in order to submit invoices for payment.
