Hall Renovation Project
Contractor qualification statement for renovation of University Hall. The scope of this project will provide for the conversions and modifications of the interior and exterior areas of the Dining/Bookstore for the future expansion of the existing postal facility, the conversion of the existing bookstore, on the lower level, into a copy center and a new food service facility on the upper area of the existing bookstore. In addition the scope of the project a new roof will be installed over a portion of the building, the addition of an elevator, the installation of a new fire suppression sprinkler system throughout the entire Prospector Building. Simplex will be the preferred alternate for the fire alarm system. The Prospector Building is a two story structure that consists of approximately 43,513 sq. ft.
