Hair Analysis Testing and Collection Services
The County is soliciting proposals for illegal substance abuse hair analysis and specimen collection services, as detailed in “Section 3.0 Scope of Services” of this RFP. Historically, the County has provided substance abuse hair analysis and collection for an average of 36 clients per month.
