REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL# 6000000239 Indian River Lagoon (IRL) Tag Fund - FY 2009 The Procurement Department of the South Florida Water Management District, B-1 Building, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406 will receive sealed proposals for funding support for habitat restoration/enhancement and environmental education projects located in Saint Lucie, Martin and Palm Beach Counties. The Procurement Department will receive sealed applications up to 2:30 p.m. EST on Friday, February 27, 2009. All proposals must conform to the instructions in the application package. The public is invited to attend the proposal opening.
