Habitat Mitigation Project
The City is seeking to maintain 20 City-owned/operated facilities consisting of detention basins, vegetated streambeds, riprap-lined and earthen channels and swales, and culverts and associated inlets and outlets. In order to secure permission from Federal and State regulatory agencies to perform the maintenance work, the City was conditioned to plan, design and construct the habitat mitigation, hereafter referred to as the Habitat Mitigation Project.
