INTRODUCTION

This is a Request for Information (RFI) /Sources Sought notice to solicit comments, questions and feedback from industry regarding a planned 5 year IDIQ procurement of engineering and technical services to support the design, development, manufacture, installation, test and certification of PIN, CLEVIS (PN: 70700-20324-116, NIIN: 015181504), Busing/Bearing Rem/Inst Set, Stab/Pylon (PN: 70700-77340-042, NIIN: 012423705), MGB/MRH Cart Assy (PN: 70700-77200-041, NIIN: 011585701), MRB/TRB Adapter Storage and Transport (PN: 70700-77116-041, NIIN: 012062617), Component Sling Assy (PN: 70700-77403-041, NIIN: 011468248), Proof Loading Testing IAW drawings (PN: 70700-77403-041), and Restraint Set, Main Rotor Blades (PN: 70700-77515-043, NIIN: 013489537) in support of UH-60 Program. Interested parties may submit technical literature/brochures on their products or solutions that meet the requirements as set forth in the basic requirements list included herein. Rough Order of Magnitude pricing is also requested for planning purposes. Any other relevant information may also be submitted for consideration, to aid in refinement of this requirement.


THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible vendors capable of providing the equipment described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this RFI.


ELIGIBILITY


The PSC for this requirement is 4920; the NAICS code is 332710 with a size standard of 500 employees. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond.


SUBMITTAL INFORMATION


It is requested that interested businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 3 pages in length, single spaced, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating ability to meet the requirement. This documentation must address, at a minimum, the following:


1.Company Name; Company Address; Cage Code, Company Business Size; and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address.


2.Company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office location(s), DUNS number, and a statement regarding current small/large business status;


3.Statement regarding capability


If you are a small business, provide an explanation of your company's ability to perform at least 50% of the tasking described in the SOW for the 5 year duration.


Respondents to this notice must also indicate whether they are a large business or qualify as a Small, Small Disadvantaged, Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business, Women-Owned, 8(a), Hub Zone or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern.


The capability statement package shall be sent by email to george.ball1@navy.mil. Submissions must be received at the office cited no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 22 November 2019.
