Sealed Submittals, in quadruplicate, for professional services ("Services") of qualified
Hydrogeologic Consultants (Professionals) will be received by Seacoast Utility Authority
("Authority") in the Purchasing Office located at 4200 Hood Road, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
33410, for the Services until 2:00 pm, Local Time, August 27, 2009 then opened publicly at that
time and read. All Submittals shall be in sealed envelopes addressed to Purchasing Agent,
Seacoast Utility Authority, 4200 Hood Road, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410, and plainly
marked on the outside:
