HYATT LAKE ELECTRICAL REPAIR SERVICES
This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quotation for a firm-fixed-price construction contract for Hyatt Lake Electrical Repairs located within the vicinity of BLM Medford District area of responsibility. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Contractor shall commence work within ten (10) days after Contractor receives Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall complete work not later than ninety (90) days after Contractor receives Notice to Proceed. The NAICS code is 237130 and the small business size standard $36,500,000. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 30, 2019. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
