The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service, Cotton and Tobacco Program has a requirement for High Volume Instrument (HVI) technicians for its office located at 7100 W. Sunnyview Ave., Visalia, CA 93291. This procurement will be for a base year and four one year options. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561990 with a size standard of $11 million in annual receipts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, the RFP is attached. This is a 100% total small business set-aside.
