The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows: HVAC & Electrical Renovation Project 1. Replacement of 6 existing air handling units and associated controls, piping, etc. in mechanical rooms. 2. Replace 2 chilled water and 2 heating water pumps and associated controls, piping, etc. in mechanical rooms. 3. Provide temporary HVAC for basement storage area. 4. Replace existing motor control center and re-feed new and existing power circuits. 5. Replace existing branch circuit panelboards and reconnect existing circuits, and 6. Replace existing cloth-insulated branch circuit feeders and end devices.
