HVAC Upgrades
Replace 2 Packaged rooftop units. Existing packaged rooftop units are cooling only and shall be replaced with new rooftop units that include electric heat and hot gas reheat coils for dehumidification. Existing duct mounted hot water coils located inside building in the supply ductwork shall be removed and piping in attic space shall be removed. New units shall be provided with Carbon Dioxide (CO2) demand ventilation control. Units currently sit on light gauge steel framing that shall be replaced with new.
