HVAC Upgrades
This state funded project provides modifications to the existing ductwork system serving the North Terminal Ticket Lobby for a complete and functional air supply system as detailed in the construction documents. The control work for existing air terminal units in the lobby and ticketing offices shall remain under the existing Barber Colemen MicroTech BC8000 system. Additive Alternative One is work associated with Fan Room 1/Boiler work. Control work shall remain under the existing Barber Colemen MicroTech BC8000 system. Additive Alternative Two consists of basic conversion of BC8000 system in Fan Room 1 and where serving existing air terminal units in lobby and ticketing offices to LON by replacing the microprocessor board in the BC controllers with new drop-in LON controllers, and associated reprogramming for NT ticket lobby area.
