HVAC System Replacement
The work to be performed is described in general, non-inclusive terms and includes furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct the following: 1.Demolition of existing air cooled chiller, chilled water pumps, fan coil units, energy recovery ventilators and all associated ductwork and piping 2. Demolition of existing Siemens building automation (BAS) serving the central office building; 3. Installation of new variable volume chilled water system 4. Installation of new variable volume air handling system 5. Installation of a new BACnet BAS 6. Construction of outdoor enclosure to house chiller and associated pumps; 7. Remove and replace selected floor coverings.
