HVAC System Renovation
The Colleges seek to renovate the existing HVAC Systems in Buildings on the campus. Buildings are experiencing temperature and humidity control problems, along with the HVAC equipment being at the end of its life expectancy. The existing facilities encompass approximately 320,000 square feet of instructional, classroom, vocational lab, and office space.
