HVAC System Maintenance and Repair Service

The purpose of this Invitation To Bid is to establish a contractual services agreement to provide all preventive maintenance services, routine and emergency repairs to the complete HVAC system for the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Service's (Department) Laboratory's 1 through 10 (Conner Lab Complex), as specified herein. The HVAC system covered under this solicitation is located at 3125 Conner Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida.
The Contractor shall be able to provide on-site response to any request for routine service within forty-eight (48) hours of service request. Routine service is defined as an unexpected situation or occurrence that demands forty-eight (48) hour response due to system failure, power loss, and acts of nature or as declared at the discretion of the Department.
The Contractor shall be able to provide on-site response to any request for emergency service within two (2) hours of service request. Emergency service is defined as an unexpected situation or occurrence that demands two (2) hour response due to system failure, power loss, and acts of nature or as declared at the discretion of the Department.
