HVAC System
Proposals are being sought from qualified firms with experience in electrical and mechanical systems renovations of Historic buildings to provide services as described herein for the renovation to the Theatre building complex to provide for improvements to the theater’s energy systems including replacement of the HVAC systems, addition of water treatment system on cooling tower, lighting components, roofing, hot water system and other improvements as deemed necessary to reduce the facility overall energy consumption.
