Review attached Request for Quote (RFQ) to ensure compliance with all technical requirements and to ensure eligibility for award.
The site visit for this solicitation will be held 15 July 2014 at 9:00AM local time. Interested parties who do not submit the required documents by 6 Jul 14 will not be allowed to attend the site visit.
Please submit the required base pass documents in accordance with Section H: Security/Pass Requirements of the RFQ. A complete base pass document package MUST be submitted for all persons who will be attending the site visit by close of business 6 July 2014. The list of required documents and base pass documents are attached to this solicitation.
Base pass documents for all persons who will need base access in the event of contract award must be submitted as part of the quote. Interested parties who fail to complete base pass document package by the closing date of this RFQ will be judged as technically unacceptable.
Submission of quote should include a specifications/data sheet detailing brand/model of equipment to be used in order for the Government to complete the technical evaluation.
