The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, transportation,
insurance, permits, bonds and other services necessary to furnish the
specified Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment with
compatible refrigerant requirements according to the scope of work and
technical specifications.
