HVAC Replacement
The Project consists of replacement of existing packaged rooftop and split units with new. Work includes new power, hot water piping and steel modifications to existing structure. New DDC controls are included. Work shall be phased so that Owner’s daily operations are not affected and temporary cooling and heating shall be provided. Work involving crane shall be performed on weekends. All work required to provide temporary HVAC and return
any altered items to their original condition is a part of this work
