HVAC Replacement, Mt. Santa Rosa ARSR , Mt Santa Rosa, Guam
Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to replace 4 condensing units, and associated accessories and elements described below. The air conditioning systems specified shall be complete, functional, and operational in all respects.
Remove then supply and install: one existing 25 ton condensing unit, one existing 10 ton condensing unit, two existing 3 ton condensing units.
The Contractor must warrant all materials, equipment and labor for all work performed under this contract. For any failure that causes a mechanical system to be inoperative repairs must be completed within a maximum of 24 hours after notification by the Government.
Performance period is 21 calendar days after the issuance of Notice-To-Proceed.
Estimated range of construction is $100, 000 to $250, 000.
Prospective offerors must perform a site visit to assess the actual conditions before submitting a proposal. Details will be available in the solicitation.
