HVAC Replacement

The University is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for HVAC replacement. The improvements consist of the demolition of both existing heat pump units, the installation of a new two-stage three (3) ton water-sourced heat pump unit in closet 610, the installation of two new zone dampers, the installation and configuration of a new zone control panel and the reconnection and reconfiguration of the existing ductwork and thermostats.
