HVAC Repair Parts Contract
The Metropolitan Government is requesting bids for a five (5) year
contract to provide HVAC parts to various Metro departments on an as needed basis. Metro
Government does not guarantee to purchase any minimum or maximum amount of HVAC parts; these
shall be purchased on an as-needed basis. Should the Contractor not be available to supply parts
immediately, Metro shall be free to contact another vendor. Successful bidder shall be available for
emergency parts pick up and shall furnish a primary contact and 24 hour per day phone number, cell
phone number for the designated contact.
