Work Summary: a. Selective demolition includes roofing, roof curbs and flashing, mechanical equipment and related plumbing, mechanical and electrical items.
b. Selective interior building demolition includes ceilings, in whole or part as shown, and related plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
c. Childcare Building -New Mechanical equipment and ductwork, concrete pad, chain link fencing and related plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. New roof curbs, roof tie-ins, flashing and ductwork supports.
d. Gym Building -New Mechanical equipment and ductwork extensions, sewer lift station and related plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. New roof curbs, roof tie-ins and flashing. Concrete and finish flooring work required for lift station work.
e. Sheet metal flashing and trim.
f. Interior wall and ceiling patching and repairing including painting.
