HVAC Recommissioning: Existing equipment consisting of unit ventilators (UV’s), fan coils units (FCU’s), and air handler units (AHU’s) at theMiddle School, and unit ventilators, fan coil units, air handler units, heat ventilator units (HVU’s), and roof-top-units (RTU’s) at theHigh School will be cleaned then verified to be operational mechanically with corrective measures taken to address any deficiencies. (Note: The Cleaning Exception: Cleaning of the evaporator coils in the roof-top-units is not included in the scope of this project.)
