HVAC Project

The design-build scope of work for the HVAC Improvements Project includes several work items. The existing design drawings do not include installation and integration of a new CHP cogeneration system. Contractor shall evaluate existing systems and prepare HVAC and electrical P&ID’s for the new cogeneration system, integrating the existing Weil-McLain boiler unit as a back-up heating source to the cogeneration system, and all associated electrical appurtenances.
