HVAC Preventive Maintenance
The State of Maine is seeking proposals for HVAC preventive maintenance at the Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center in Bangor . The Request for Proposal document list the details associated with the preventative maintenance requirements, instructions for submitting proposals, the procedure and criteria by which the vendor(s) will be selected and the contract terms which will govern the relationship with the State of Maine. A mandatory pre-bid meeting involving interested bidders and representatives of the State of Maine will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 located at the Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center , H Building, 4th Floor, 106 Hogan Road , Bangor , Maine , beginning at 10 a.m. to noon.
