HVAC Preventative Maintenance & Repair
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection And Quarantine (PPQ), Center for Plant Health Science and Technology (CPHST) facility in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a contractor to provide ongoing preventive maintenance and repair services on the Carrier heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment at their facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, qualified personnel, materials, and equipment necessary to provide the services and supplies in accordance with the requirements specified in the solicitation. A firm fixed price commercial services and supply contract is anticipated for these services. The effective period of the contract shall be on or about July 23, 2014, or date of award, whichever is earlier. The contract will include a base year with the option to extend the contract for an additional four (4) years.
The solicitation, AG-6395-S-14-0113, will be released at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about June 24, 2014. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO CONTRACTORS REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR AMENDMENTS.
