HVAC Maintenance Contract
It is the intent of the Department to procure an HVAC maintenance service agreement for the following equipment:
a.(1) Carrier thirty (30) ton rooftop packaged unit model 50DK-034-600TA with (2) compressors, (2) outdoor air fans 1HP each, (1) indoor air fan motor, (16) total filters, of which (12) are 20x25x2 and (4) are 16x20x2 and (1) variable frequency drive.
b.(8) Carrier (ceiling suspended) variable air volume boxes with electric heat model 45HB410R36.
c.(1) Greenheck (rooftop) exhaust fan model CE9DGE.
d.(1) Trane (located in equipment room) variable frequency drive controller.
