HVAC Maintenance CYSS
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The project consists of maintenance of several HVAC systems.
These HVAC equipments must be maintained, but also set and conducted with the
following objectives :
Maintaining occupant comfort conditions, both summer and winter,
Saving energy, gas and electricity, making the best possible settings of
existing equipment,
Maintaining the equipment in good working condition by an interview
adapted to their specificities,
Equipments safe operation,
People safety.
