HVAC Maintenance & Repair Services
This contract should provide a comprehensive, ongoing preventative maintenance and repair program for the HVAC units.
The units are to be accepted on an as is basis. The Agency will provide reasonable access to the equipment during normal business hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday). Contractor assumes responsibility for all travel expenses, labor, general supplies (i.e. filters and belts), parts, components and tools necessary to perform the services detailed below.
