HVAC Maintenance
Mandatory pre-bid conference 03/31/2010.
The purpose of this Contract is to place into operation, a continuing system of full
maintenance and to provide systematic preventative maintenance for all ARKLA and
associated air handler equipment listed at a fixed monthly price. All units are currently
operating and have been on the same type of service since 1993.
This contract will be for a period of five (5) years from July 1, 2010 through June 30,
2015. The contract may be extended for the length of its original term or for portions
thereof, by mutual agreement of both parties.
