HVAC Improvements
Replace chilled water piping throughout the building as shown on the plans. Flush and clean the chilled water system. Replace select AHU coils, dampers, motors and install VFD's. Replace cabinet unit heaters in the stairways. Provide a ductless split system to provide cooling for the secure briefing room Cap the existing AC-1 relief air dampers and provide barometric relief air dampers in the drill hall. Provide controls and programming for VFD's dampers and equipment. Replace sanitary piping in bathroom chases as shown. Provide power to all equipment. Provide telephone/data equipment & wiring as shown on the drawing. Provide dedicated power receptacles in kitchen for rfrigerators/freezers. Furnish and install parking lot lighting and normal/emergency exterior building perimeter lighting.
