HVAC Equipment and Controls
The project shall generally consist of demolition, new mechanical equipment (chillers, pumps, fan, cooling tower, ductwork, etc.), piping/insulation, controllers/thermostats, control components, control wiring/conduit and energy management system hardware and software, structural steel, enlarging concrete pads, miscellaneous painting, fluid applied waterproofing, hazardous material abatement, electrical, new motor control center, wiring/conduit for connection to new mechanical work and new light fixtures
