HVAC Equipment Maintenance Services
The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide HVAC equipment maintenance services for various HCHD facilities throughout the County. The total area of these facilities is approximately 2,012,276 square feet located in approximately nineteen (19) facilities.
Generally the services to be performed under this contract will include, but not limited to: provide plans, layout, installation and/or maintain pipe systems, pipe supports and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and related hospital HVAC systems while applying knowledge of system operations and blueprints.
