HVAC Efficiency Improvement Project
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The project will include but not limited to the following major categories of work:
1) Replace a 4 ton heat pump and a 5 ton heat pump at the 1101 Poyntz Avenue Fire Station.
2) Replace the rooftop unit (RTU) on the Regional Airport Control Tower
3) Replace the hot water heater at the Douglass Community Center
