HVAC Chiller and Cooling Tower, for NOAA, Southeast Fisheries Science Center, Miami, FL
The United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), is conducting market research for firms experienced in Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems for NOAA, Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC), Miami, FL.
The work will consist of a HVAC Chiller and Cooling Tower and will be performed at NOAA, SEFSC, 75 Virginia Beach Drive, Miami, FL 33149. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed-price type contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning construction with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
Interested firms shall provide responses that include the following:

2) Company name and point of contact to include name, email address and telephone number.
3) DUNS number
4) Size of the business (Small or Large) and the socioeconomic status of the company (i.e. HUBZone small business, 8(a) business, etc.)
5) A written narrative of the contractor's capability to perform the requirements listed above to include three examples of successful, similar work performed in the past. The information shall contain a brief description of the work performed, the clients name and address, contract amount of the contract and completion time and business size and if the work was performed as the prime contractor.
