SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide a comprehensive (all-inclusive parts & labor) preventive maintenance and repair services for Trane Water-Cooled Chillers at the following Orlando VA Medical Center (VAMC) facilities: Lake Nona Campus located in Orlando, FL; Lake Baldwin Outpatient Clinic (OPC) located in Orlando, FL; and the Lakemont Campus located in Orlando, FL.

The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238220 HVAC contractors. The size standard is $15,000,000.00.

Requirements:
The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive (all-inclusive parts & labor) preventive maintenance and repair service plan for Trane Water-Cooled Chillers, in accordance with OEM specifications and recommendations, to preserve and enhance system reliability, improve efficiency, and extend equipment life. In addition, Eddy Current Testing will be performed on an as needed basis. Attachment A provides a complete list of HVAC systems.
