This is a pre-qualification due date.
University has determined that
subcontractors who submit bids on this Project must be pre-qualified. The
subcontractors who pre-qualify will be allowed to bid on the construction of the Project.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to interior demolition and construction of
approximately 4,000 sf of laboratory space with a class 100 and class 1,000 cleanroom. Included is
a new air handler in the penthouse with ducting from the penthouse down to the first floor
laboratory.
