HUMAN RESOURCE AND PAYROLL SYSTEM
The City of Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Offerors to provide software, implementation services, and/or outsource services for a Human Resource and Payroll System in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
