This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH-19-Q-0182. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions.
