The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows: Hearst Student Media Building RenovationsLobby expansion, general construction renovation, Accessibility and Life Safety renovations, restroom renovations, building insulation, new HVAC system, direct digital controls, new fire alarm, new fire sprinkler, elevator refubishment, and LEED Certification. The general Construction Budget for the project is approximately: $1,698,000.00 to $1,925,000.00 The following is the project schedule of work: All work for Hearst Student Media Building Renovations must begin on or about May 15, 2009 and must be completed by the end of the day on August 15, 2009.
