HPx-200 PCI Express Radar Interface Card
NSWCCD, Philadelphia Site intends to procure two (2) HPx-200 PCI Express Radar Interface Card; one (1) SPx Software Development License and one (1) SP-x Run-time license for receipt of radar video from HPx hardware. This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. This contract shall be procured on a sole source basis from Tech Source. Tech is the only authorized U.S. vendor of these hardware and software components making them the only responsible contractor that can provide these supplies. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
