HPAC Maintenence
Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intents to award a contract to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Rix Industries, to perform basic maintanence and repair on High Pressure Air Compressors (HPAC) No. 1 & 2. Rix Industries is uniquely qualified to perform this type of work onboard naval 774 class submarines while meeting the Navy's standard and expectations. Additionally, Rix has proprietary knowledge and special tooling to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs and has repair/replacement parts readily available for use.
