HOV Roadwork
The Department programmed amount for this contract is $142,000,000. The location and
description of the proposed work are as follows:
The Design-Build HOV Lanes work is located in the County on a portion of the
Freeway. In
addition to the HOV lane work, a two directional HOV flyover bridge and a two directional HOV flyovers bridge, widening the
Bridge, retaining walls, drainage improvements, signing, lighting, barrier, landscaping and utility
relocations as presented in the Initial Design Concept Report and supplemental memos.
