HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS LIVING WITH AIDS
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers that provide medical and social services to Persons Living with HIV (PLWH). A contract is necessary to insure that the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 and that Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS
(HOPWA) funding is used to develop and/or enhance access to a comprehensive continuum of high quality, community-based care for low-income individuals and families living with HIV.
