(c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of: conducting market research to identify potential sources for a potential procurement of Brand Name or Equal Ergo Express Custom Platform Carts 2000RC Needed at the Saint Cloud VA Health Care System.

GREY MARKET ITEMS:B The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or "grey market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.B The offeror shall provide evidence of its authority to distribute the proposed equipment/system at the time of submission of its quote/offer.B Please note that such evidence is subject to verification by the Contracting Officer at his/her discretion.

SPECIFICATIONS
Custom Platform Carts Brand Name or Equal to Ergo Express 2000RC
Note: This request is for a special build on these carts. These carts will be used for the transportation of 5-pan mobile bulk food server/transporters such as the USECO 10-105A or equivalent, so the food servers will actually be attached to the transport carts.
This request is to know if the carts can be provided. Plans for delivery and attachment of the food servers will be included on the RFQ.
Furnish two (2) electronic platform beds. Key specifications of the units:

Dimensions of flatbed: fabricated to support the bulk food serving unit; bed should be no greater than 92 length x 30 width x 50 height
