The Curators of the University of Missouri, a public organization, propose to contract
on behalf of the Missouri Research and Education Network (MOREnet), hereinafter
referred to as University and/or MOREnet with an organization (referred to as
Respondent or Contractor) to provide a Hosted Event Management System, as
described herein. In addition to MOREnet, the four campuses of the University of
Missouri located in Columbia, Rolla, Kansas City, and St. Louis, one (1) Teaching
Hospital located in Columbia, a School of Nursing, School of Medicine, Veterinary
Teaching Hospital, Dental School, and extensive research facilities reserve the right to
utilize this contract.
