This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
Notice to Potential Offerors: All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM located on the web at www.sam.gov). It is desirable that any Offeror to have completed their business Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Background: A 24 bed community living center unit is opening. The unit will have the specialty of Long Stay Mental Health Recovery. Twenty two (22) regular electric beds will be needed and two (2) additional designated behavioral health beds are requested.
Performance Period: The contractor shall provide the units required under this SOW in 60 calendar days or less from date of award, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). If the contractor proposes an earlier completion date, and the Government accepts the contractor's proposal, the contractor's proposed completion date shall prevail.
