3. Please quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA. and annotate which you are quoting: FOB Destination or FOB Origin.
4. Annotate the lead time.
5. Annotate the name of the manufacturer, if they are large or small business and the city/state/country of manufacturing.
6. Return this information with your quote.
